- Each has a smaller smooth rondelle amethyst on either side
- Mixed in are three barrel-shape antiqued sterling silver beads with lots of granules forming an intricate pattern
- Four faceted iolite beads are interspersed
- We've added a small fancy puffy sterling heart and amethyst bead as a dangle
